CASA MIYAMA（カーサ美山）の別邸「KOYA MIYAMA 」は、ラグジュアリーな山小屋となっております。リビングルームの大きなガラス窓には美しパノラマ山村風景が広がります。玄関ポーチにあるガーデンソファやハンモックから、放牧されているヤギを眺めたり、夏には山水ミニプールに浸かったり、冬には薪ストーブで暖をとりながらレコードを聴いたりと心地よい里山の休暇をお過ごしいただけます。焚き火などアウトドアを楽しめるスペースもあり、玄関ポーチでは、雨の日でもバーベキューを楽しんでいただけます。1日の終わりには、坪庭の見えるヒノキ風呂でゆっくりと疲れを癒してください。
KOYA MIYAMA, annex of CASA MIYAMA, is a luxurious and comfortable chalet in rural Kyoto. In the living room, you will enjoy beautiful panoramic views of traditional Japanese mountain village. Swinging in a hammock or sitting in the garden sofa, you can see our goats gazing in the pasture. In summer, you can immerse yourself in the private mini mountain water pool. In winter, you can keep yourself warm with the wood stove inside the house, playing records. You can also enjoy BBQ and bonfire in the garden through a year. On rainy or snowy days, you can still enjoy BBQ in the pouch. At the end of the day, you can relax in the Japanese cypress hot bathtub with the Japanese garden view.

美山の洋朝食：地元ベーカリーのパン盛り合わせ、美山の平飼い地鶏のゆで卵、美山ヨーグルト（自家製ゆずジャム、蜂蜜、パンプキンシード付き）、美山牛乳、シリアル、季節のフルーツ、ジュース
Miyama's Western Breakfast: Local bakery's assorted bread platter, Miyama's free range Chicken's boiled eggs, Miyama Yogurt (including homemade Yuzu jam, honey, and pumpkin seeds), Miyama Milk, cereal, seasonal fruit, and juice.
お食事はオプションにて地元和食料理店による仕出しの夕食、朝食は地元のパン屋さんのパンや地元の食品からなるコンチネンタルスタイル・ブレックファーストをお選びいただけます。キッチンやキッチン用品も揃っていますので、もちろん自炊も可能です。
For meals, you could choose catered Japanese dinner from a local Japanese cuisine restaurant, and continental style breakfast that comes with bread from a local bakery and other local products. Of course, you can cook yourself in our fully equipped kitchen.

バーベキューをされる場合は、予約ページにてバーベキュー道具セットをオプションにてご注文ください。焚き火をされる場合は、別途、焚き火台（薪付き）をご注文ください。炭火、炭火・ガスコンロ、焚き火台の持ち込みはご遠慮ください。雨天でもポーチ内でBBQを楽しんでいただけます。冬季はポーチにビニールカーテンをつけてウィンターバーベキューも可能です。バーベキューコンロは室内ではご利用いただけません。
If you would like to do BBQ, please order BBQ tool set as an option on the reservation page. If you would like to make a bonfire, please order fire pit (firewood included). Please refrain from bringing in your charcoal, charcoal/gas grill, and fire pit. On rainy days, you can still enjoy BBQ in the pouch. In winter, we can place vinyl curtains in the pouch to do BBQ. Please do not use the BBQ gas grill inside the house.

美山の冬は雪が多く、雪が降った翌日の雪景色は圧巻です。/ It snows often in Miyama. The snow landscape after snowing is stunning.
6月中旬には蛍が舞います。/ You can see fire flies in mid-June.
かやぶき屋根民家が30軒ほど並ぶ、美山かやぶきの里まで車で15分です。15-minute-drive to Kayabuki-no-Sato, a famous villages for about 30 thatched roof traditional Japanese houses.

故意、過失を問わず、本施設内における傷害事故について当宿は一切の責任を負いません。 薪ストーブを含むあらゆる設備と道具の使用による怪我、火傷、火災について、当宿は一切の責任を負いません。 大きな音、振動、においなど隣家に迷惑をかけるような行為を伴う利用は禁止しております。 危険物の持ち込み、公序良俗に反する行為を禁止しております。 故意、過失を問わず、内装・備品を破損・滅失した場合はすべて利用者責任となり、弁償等をしていただく場合がございます。 建物内は禁煙になります。喫煙は決められた野外の喫煙コーナーでお願い致します。建物内での喫煙が認められた場合、日本の法律に従い30万円以下の罰金になります。電子タバコもご遠慮ください。 予約前に必ず当宿のプライバシーポリシー及び宿泊約款をお読みください。当予約ページに進まれる方は当宿の「プライバシーポリシー及び宿泊約款」に同意したものとみなします。
Regardless of intention or negligence, the hotel will not be held responsible for any injuries that occur within the facility. Regardless of intentional or negligence, if the interior or equipment is damaged or lost, the user will be responsible for all damages, and may be required to pay compensation.
